The AI put a waterfall inside a house on a cliff. Here is what an architect who has built on cliffs sees in it.
Tap the numbers on the image.
A fall this size moves several tons of water a minute. There is no river above, so a pump must lift it back up, day and night. The AI knows that people love pointless extravagance, and rendered it all the more wastefully. If it thinks it is being Frank Lloyd Wright, of Fallingwater, it has it wrong.
The cantilever reaches far beyond its single support. The AI gives shape, without a moment's hesitation, to our liking for structures that feel dangerous. People soon grow tired of safe structures, and walk of their own accord toward the edge of death.
The inclined column lands straight on the rock face. On a real cliff, this is where the work begins. Is that rock bone, or only a crust? Or did the AI put it into the picture as a device to make us imagine gravity?
Spray, moss and mineral stains will cloud that glass within one summer. The AI has no idea of cleaning, and that very lack is what lets it draw a room like this. Humans, too, keep on building without a thought for what comes after the making.
