Offices with the gene of the landscape.

Not the bleak office district, not the cluttered multi-tenant block: rooftop gardens and terraced landscapes have already been tried in Japan, from Azabudai to the Shonandai Cultural Centre.

Offices that carry that gene are not outdated as designs for the near future. They remain an effective method.
