Undersea海底建築

Under the sea, the AI draws architecture that looks like marine life.

AIが描いた海の中の建築は、まるで海洋生物のようだ。

Building in water means building with less gravity. When I typed "underwater architecture" into the AI, I expected bold cantilevers, and they came. What surprised me were the spirals, the porous bodies, the breakwater-like forms that recall snail shells.

Nothing in the words "underwater architecture" asks for a shape that shelters people, pleases them like a cruise ship, or feels as nostalgic as a seashell. Yet the AI gave me all three. For now, AI stays quite close to humans.

今のところAIは人間にかなり寄り添っている。海底に建つ建築物とプロンプトに入力した場合、その文字からは人間が住めるようにしたり、人間を守るような形状や、貝殻のようなノスタルジーを感じさせる形態になる必要は本来ないからだ。
